Level 4

Acceleration has designed a program that aims to continue to facilitate strength and coordination improvement through major muscle movement patterns using resistance training. This program is similar to the Level 3 Triathlete program, however exercises are now weighted up instead of body weight. This is an off-season program as athletes may experience muscle soreness post weights sessions.
