Level 3

Acceleration has designed a program that aims to continue to facilitate stabilization of the main joint regions, as well as increase strength and coordination through major muscle movement patterns. A stronger and well-put together young athlete will be able to develop injury free with efficient biomechanics.

This means they will feel less tired through training and races, and therefore recovering better for the next week of training. This is designed to be completed in-season, so that the athlete can continue their strength training without compromising swim-ride-run training.
