This Level 1 program is the first in a series of 4 programs that covers the essential building blocks to become a better Golfer. Level one is a foundation month where the building blocks for later gains are laid. In the first month you will improve your stability and develop Bio feedback and level out your muscle groups. The levelling out of muscle groups will in turn lower the chance of injury and make your body more stable.
