Level 1 will focus on injury prevention and joint stability which will create a foundation for the upcoming levels. Basically in a high skill sport like Baseball you want to remain on the field throughout the season, therefore we will help you by preventing some of the common soft tissue injuries. Also we will start to work on your joint stability so that when we make your training harder in the later stages, your body will stay together.

Level 2 will still include an element of joint stability & injury prevention, whilst beginning to incorporate specific movements which will assist with baseball. There is a decrease in the amount of reps being completed in the strength system, which will encourage more weights to be lifted, in turn increase overall strength.  

Level 3 prioritises strength and power, with an increase in those power & strength exercises performed whilst also dropping the reps further within the strength system. By increasing overall strength, you will be able to generate more force and power which can then be transferred across to your speed & velocity. 

Level 4 further prioritises strength and power, with another increase in those power & strength exercises performed whilst also dropping the reps further within the strength system. By increasing overall strength, you will be able to generate more force and power which can then be transferred across to your speed & velocity. By the end of this program, you should certainly feel an improvement in all of your baseball skills!
