Basketball Court Conditioning

Basketball JR - Level 1

The aim of this Level 1 program is to build stability throughout the body and teach the athlete basic movement and deceleration mechanics.    AU$18.00

Basketball JR - Level 2

Level 2 will continue to improve the stability and patterning of movement for the athlete in order to transfer into more challenging strength and power exercises.    AU$18.00

Basketball JR - Level 3

Level 3 will build on the stability work already done in previous programs by focussing more on loading certain muscle groups that are frequently used in Basketball.    AU$18.00

Basketball JR - Level 4

Level 4 continues to build on the foundation of strength gained from the initial programs. It will also introduce the athlete to power movements that will provide a precursor to the power exercises contained in the senior programs.    AU$18.00

Basketball JRs - Level 1-4

The 4 levels of this Basketball Performance program aim to hit all aspects of Basketball specific athleticism including: jumping higher, running faster, being more agile and reducing your risk of injury.    AU$72.00   AU$62.00

Basketball SR - Level 1

Level 1 is a foundation month where you will minimise stress on your joints and maximise muscular development.    AU$25.00

Basketball SR - Level 2

Level 2 will look to set a strong foundation of strength and size for levels 3 and 4 where there will be a heavy emphasis on power.    AU$25.00

Basketball SR - Level 3

Do you want to increase your hops? Then Level 3 is for you. With the introduction of upper and lower body power training you will be jumping higher than ever before in no time.    AU$25.00

Basketball SR - Level 4

Level 4 is the final program in the Basketball Specific Training Series. This program will bring all aspects of basketball athleticism together with a heavy emphasis on high impact plyometric exercises.    AU$25.00

Basketball SRs - Level 1-4

JUMP SPECIFIC TRAINING

Jump Training JR - Level 1

Level 1 aims to build stability throughout the body and teach the athlete basic movement patterns and how to decelerate. Yes, you need to learn how to slow down properly before you can jump.    AU$18.00   AU$12.00

Jump Training JR - Level 2

Similar to level 1, level 2 will build on the foundation of jumping higher. This includes building a foundation of strength and stability through high reps.    AU$18.00

Jump Training JR - Level 3

This program will build on the stability work already done in previous programs by focussing more on loading certain muscle groups that are frequently used whilst jumping.    AU$18.00

Jump Training JR - Level 4

Level 4 continues to build on the foundation of strength gained from the initial programs. It will also introduce the athlete to more complex power movements that will provide a precursor to the power exercises contained in the senior programs.    AU$18.00

Jump Training JR - Levels 1-4

Jump Training SR - Level 1
